If you're thinking about or have already started planning your upcoming sabbatical, it's like you started with your sabbatical application. That's what I did, too, when I first started planning. Soon after I hit "send" on my sabbatical application, I realized I was thinking about it all wrong. I had planned the sabbatical I thought I should take, and not the one I needed.
So how do you plan the sabbatical you need? Well, it starts with identifying your sabbatical purpose, and that's what this episode is all about. In it you'll hear about how I identified my sabbatical purpose and how this processed worked for one of my clients. I'll also talk about what it means to plan a sabbatical that allows you to lean into your current season and how that relates to the idea of a sabbatical purpose. Finally, I'll tell you how to identify the purpose of your sabbatical, so you can make sure you're planning the sabbatical you really need.
